His hat has a blue and gold badge with the letters W.P.C a beaver and 3 yellow maple leafs. Not sure if that is indicative of anything...

I've never seen this badge before. I don't believe its a "military badge", but I could be wrong. I'll see if I can find out anything about this.

Thank you! He had another one but my aunt said it was buried with him. This is what he would when going to veteran events.

I've searched BOTH the Royal Canadian Legion and the Army, Navy Airforce Veterans (Anavets) and found nothing. I'm very familiar with the both and have never seen this crest. BUT, maybe a local Legion or Anavets have a crest of their own.......I've been trying to figure out what W P C means, but haven't figured it out yet? Maybe another member has seen this?

Still looking

These are from his service book. I have tried figuring out what most of it means, not much luck, Maybe there would be something you might recognize.
I really appreciate all the help!

The last two photo's, show the training course's he was on and the qualifications he obtained. The last course was at the Canadian Engineer Training Center. He also qualified as a "Pioneer"

The first one confirms that he Landed on D Plus 3, this would be June 9th, 1944.

If you'd like to post any other pages, they may help
