Default Strong desire to join the Canadian Army

Hey! I am sixteen years old. I think this is the best platform for me to explore more about Canadian armed forces. When I was a child, I saw the movie ‘The Great escape’, that was a thought provoking moment for me. Then I started watching more and more army movies and I used to read army related articles also. Now my aim in life is to join the armed forces. But I am in a dilemma now. I met with an accident last week. I lost two teeth from my lower jaw and I am planning to undergo dental implants treatment in Aurora. Will it affect my desire to join the army? I have heard that there are some dental conditions to be satisfied for joining the army. Any insight on this would be great. Thanks in advance.

Go to the page I link to in the first post from me......you''ll see other criteria, age requirement is:

Be 17 years of age, with parental consent, or older, except:
Regular Officer Training Plan – Junior applications must be 16 or older.
Reserve Force - Applicants may be 16 years of age if they are also enrolled as a full-time high school student.

So if you can't get parental consent, you'll have to wait until your 18, or join the reserves
